Bicyclist, 67, Seriously Injured On Route 9W

A 67-year-old bicyclist was hospitalized after being struck by a vehicle Sunday on Route 9W in Alpine.

AirMed One flew the victim to Hackensack University Medical Center following the crash just after 1:30 p.m., responders said.

He sustained a traumatic head injury, they said.
